Terms and Conditions – 788wni Platform Rules and Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 788wni platform, whether you access it through the website or the mobile app on Android or iOS. The Terms form a binding agreement between you ("the User") and 788wni ("the Platform") from the moment you create an account or begin using any feature of the service.

2. Eligibility

• One account per person — multiple accounts will be closed without notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 788wni platform are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals on the platform. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and card payments, subject to availability at the time of your transaction.

5. Betting Rules

A bet is considered accepted once it appears as confirmed in your account's bet history with a confirmed reference number. Quotes shown before confirmation are not binding. • If a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific markets have already been settled.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

• Any bets that could not be placed due to connectivity issues on the user's side, including mobile network interruptions.
• Decisions made by users based on odds displayed before they were confirmed in a bet slip.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the platform beyond the value of funds held in the user's account at the time of the relevant issue.

10. Changes to These Terms

788wni may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via the platform — either through an in-app notification, a message in the account dashboard or a notice on the website. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the 788wni platform after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting support. Any balances in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal terms applicable at that point.
